The beautiful open air restaurant of the Hotel Santa Fe, set under a huge palapa, and overlooking the endless expanse of the Pacific Ocean, is well know for outstanding, delicious food, prepared with great care and expertise by our superb chef, Nicholas Rojas, and his staff.  Our menu includes the finest, freshest seafood, wonderful Mexican and international dishes, many kinds of salads, excellent desserts and baked goods and daily specials.  We are especially proud of our outstanding vegetarian menu and have many vegan offerings as well.
